Is It Hot Enough In Calgary To Make Pancakes In Your Car?

It has been so hot in Calgary lately. It’s been over a week with that heat warning in place. How do you usually stay cool? I don’t have an air conditioner installed at my house. The best way I find to stay cool is to open up all the windows and curtains overnight to let the cool air in. And in the morning, I close everything up and hope it is enough cool air, to make it through the day. For the most part, this works well… Until I have to cook.

I find the worst thing to do during a heatwave is to turn on my oven, which isn’t ideal because I’ve got to eat. So instead I tried using my car to cook. It did not go well.
