Margaret Atwood’s ‘The Handmaid’s Tale’ won a Governor General’s Award when it was published in 1985 and became a ‘must-watch’ TV Series on Hulu in 2016 winning 8 Prime-Time Emmy Awards that first year of broadcast. Margaret Atwood has confirmed she will write a sequel to ‘The Handmaid’s Tale’ called “The Testaments”, it will be set 15 years after the final scene in The Handmaid’s Tale and will be narrated by three female characters.  Publisher McClelland and Stewart says it will publish The Testaments on Sept. 10, 2019.
